Education, Leadership & Experience
How did your educational background shape your entry into the tech industry, and what key lessons from that period have stuck with you?
My MSc in Computer Science gave me a strong theoretical base, but I quickly realized that the industry demanded more than academic knowledge. After graduating in 2000, I found a significant gap between what I’d studied, and the real-world skills companies needed. That realization pushed me into self-learning—tackling live problems, continuously upskilling, and adapting to the pace of the industry. That experience instilled in me the habit of lifelong learning, which has guided my career ever since.
Can you share a defining moment early in your career when you had to lead a team or project? How did that experience influence your leadership style today?
I was still a Java developer when I was unexpectedly asked to face a client and explain the project’s progress and challenges. It was high-pressure and high-stakes. I had to bring together input from different team members and deliver on tight timelines. That situation taught me the value of calm, clear communication and the importance of collaboration. Today, my leadership style reflects that moment—I focus on fostering a team environment where everyone feels empowered, heard, and accountable.
Reflecting on your career journey so far, which past role or project do you consider the most pivotal—and why?
The most pivotal experience was working on a highly innovative product at a software company which was focused on building a world class end to end Clinical Trials software product. I was fortunate to have the leadership there believed in my potential. I was pushed me beyond my comfort zone, giving me full ownership of a high-stakes project. That opportunity sharpened my skills in communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving—lessons I carry with me to this day.

Can you walk us through the flagship services or solutions your team offers—and what sets them apart in a crowded market?
Our standout offering is Rapinno Assist—an AI platform that empowers companies to build their own intelligent agents, assistants, and applications efficiently. It’s all about speed, customization, and control. Beyond that, our custom application development, managed services, and talent solutions help clients achieve agility and innovation without compromising on compliance or quality.
What are the top technical or operational challenges your organization is grappling with currently, and how are you addressing them?
A: Integrating AI into legacy environments is a major challenge, along with upskilling teams rapidly and ensuring we deliver truly customized solutions. We address these by investing in skill development, using cutting-edge tools, and working very closely with clients to co-create solutions that are relevant, scalable, and future-proof.
How is your organization approaching innovation—do you have specific R&D programs, or are you integrating new technologies into existing services?
It’s a hybrid approach. We run focused R&D on platforms like Rapinno Assist, while also embedding emerging technologies—such as deception tech, zero trust security, and advanced GRC—into our core offerings. It’s not innovation for its own sake—we build with purpose and relevance in mind.
As your organization scales, what strategic initiatives or partnerships are in place to support sustained growth?
Strategic partnerships are core to our growth journey. We collaborate across next-gen products that are locally relevant and compliance-first. Our growth initiatives are centered around expanding Rapinno Assist and Secure GRC Solutions, as well as strengthening our recruitment and managed service capabilities in key markets like Europe and the UK.
Mentorship, Growth & Outlook
How do you approach mentoring up-and-coming engineers or team members, and what advice do you find yourself giving most often?
I truly believe today’s engineers are incredibly smart, but fundamentals matter more than ever. My core advice is to focus on strengthening those foundations. That’s what helps them stay relevant across roles and technologies. We provide an environment where individuals can explore their strengths, identify gaps, and work with guidance that aligns with their personal goals. It’s all about building confidence and adaptability.
Looking ahead 3–5 years, what are your key goals—both personally and organizationally—and how do you plan to get there?
On a personal front, I still feel there’s so much to accomplish. My focus is on growing the company to its next major milestone, which I’ll achieve through learning, networking, and staying at the forefront of innovation.
Organizationally, our goals are clear – scale our flagship platforms, deepen our presence in Europe and the UK, and become a trusted Global Delivery Center for key clients. We’re investing in R&D, strengthening partnerships, and building a forward-thinking, high-performance culture to get there.
